We want you to be fully satisfied with your Gamer Supps experience; therefore, we offer a 30-day return policy for most unopened and unused products. Due to the nature of our food-grade supplements, items must be in their original packaging with the seal intact to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Ensure your item is unopened, in its original packaging, and that your request is being made within 30 days of the delivery date.

  Contact Support

  Email our support team with your order number and photos of the product to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items and include your RMA number inside the box before shipping to our designated fulfillment center.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
